About the officials
Director Hetherington has lived in Truckee since 1990. She has a consulting civil/environmental engineering business and has been involved with infrastructure projects since graduating from U.C. Berkeley. She treasures this region and is grateful for the people and the environment that make this community special.
Rick and Gail Stephens have been full time Placer County Residents since 2007. Rick is a retired business owner with a passion for community service within the Airport District.
